    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reinstalled my Pixma MP620.&amp;nbsp; Am able to do a;; the maintanance checks etc but cannot print my document from Microsoft Works.&amp;nbsp; Have checked the USB connection. shut the machine off, ink levels are all lit red and full.&amp;nbsp; What else can I check?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
