    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi donnyg,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Windows Firewall may be blocking the scanner from operating wirelessly.&amp;nbsp; Let's try temporarily turning off the FIrewall:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Open Windows Firewall by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Security, and then clicking Windows Firewall.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Click Turn Windows Firewall on or off.&amp;nbsp; If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Click Off (not recommended), and then click OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MX922 scanner works when installed but is not seen after re-start.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows 7 64bit fully patched...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This unit works fine on windows 8.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the driver that came with the printer as well as the two found online....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mast-win-mx920-1_0-ucd&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mp68-win-mx920-1_00-ea32_2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same malfunction with both drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody else seen this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don&lt;/P&gt;</description>
