    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here! Same printer model and same error message. I use my printer for like 1 print in 2 months. It even looks like brand new. Today I turned it on for that occasional print and all of the sudden it presents me with this error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon how do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you recently disable non-Canon cartridges through a driver update? If so, please say so I know what the problem is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used my printer toady and it worked fine, then within 2 minutes of using it it came up with Support Code 1401 Print head is not installed Install the print head, when I tried to print the next paper.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hadn't touched the printer except to take the paper off, that I had just printed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've taken out the inks and put them back in again to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have searched the forum but there are no issues with how to deal with a MG4250 any help of advise would be grateful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is not that old, probably 6 months so still well within warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
