Paper size changes not holding

Using MP530, I have always been able to print dozens of items from a website, setting the paper size once in thebeginning and it would stay there until I shur down. Suddenly now it reverts back to default letter size after each item. I have tri4d setting up a profile with that size in it but that also reverts back toi default after each item. What changed?

Hi resawd,

Please try changing the settings in the printer driver first. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Click on Start and then Control Panel.

2. Click on Printers.

3. Right click the PIXMA MP530 and left click on Printing Preferences.

4. Make any desired changes.

5. Click Apply and then OK.

Once set, please print from your websites. These settings will stay in effect until you are finished printing and change them again.
