    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using a Mac and the PIXMA iP8720. I am unable to download the drivers or complete the installation. The error I am receiving "Information Acquisition Error: Failed to acquire information on the driver and software. Check the network connection and try again." when I attempt to run the setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unsure how to proceed. I have pressed the internet connectivity button on the bottom right and no dice. I can't find any help for this issue anywhere online. I am using an administrative account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
