New Prixma Mg5520 will not print coupons

I recently installed a brand new MG5520 with wireless option. I am not able to print coupons from any of the sites that I have in the past with my previous printer. I am getting an error message stating that the the software is not supported. I have followed all instructions on the coupon sites and even reinstalled the coupon printing software. Its still not working any ideas how to resolve this issue??

What internet browser are you using? If you try printing the coupons from a different browser, do you experience the same issue?
