    <description>&lt;P&gt;Feeling a return coming on. &amp;nbsp;Just ordered this new off ama-zon. and 5 minutes into setup, getting repeat support code "no paper"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- loaded the special paper. adjusted the paper guides.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- bottom tray doesn't 'quite' close flush. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- after opening, my 'special paper' is now crushed at the back right corner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should i flip this thing over and look at what is 'blocking' it from closing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
