    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jimbowesto,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rick is correct, there are no plans at the time to develop a macOS v10.15 driver for the i9900.&amp;nbsp; The last drivers issued for the i9900 were for OS X v10.6.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.&amp;nbsp; This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.&amp;nbsp; This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To help you get up and running quickly, we also offer free standard shipping (if the order is completed by 12:30PM ET).&amp;nbsp; If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 seven days a week, 8am to Midnight.&amp;nbsp; Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The chances of you getting support for a 15 yr old printer under Catalina is slim.&amp;nbsp; I'd start shopping for a new device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To clarify on behalf of Canon - the i9900 was released on 2004 and OSX from Apple was released on 2009. So that is five years of support for a $500+ printer. A printer which has expensive color cartridges, printheads, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "15 years" is a red herring - Canon only supported the printer on MAC for five years and had/has no intention of looking back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thats OK, I purchased an EOS M and they did one release of firmware before discontinuing the camera all together.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is your "Canon Community". Yay, NOT&lt;/P&gt;</description>
