Ramona, your instructions do not help. On my Mac, when I click Go -> Applications and run the scanner, it simply doesn't work. I've deleted the printer from my machine and re-installed the software multiple times. It's no longer recognized on my wife's iMac. Now, all I get is a message saying, "Select Area To Scan". I can't find any record or solution of this message anywhere on your website. Can you offer a solution on what this means and how to actually get this MX450 to work? The next time it works properly will be the first. thanks.
