Mx870. How do I do one to double sided printing from my MAC. I set the printer but can't set the com

Can't set the computer to print double sided in Word on my MAC. SET THE PRINTER WITHOUT DIFFICULTY BUT THE PRINT SCREEN LISTS TWO SIDED AT "off" ON MY MACBOOK AND IT PRINTS SINGLE SIDED ONLY. ON OCCASION IT WORKS BUT I DONT DO ANYTHING DIFFERENTLY. I'M BUGGED!!

To select the two-sided (duplex) printing feature from your Mac, please follow the steps located at the ilnk below:
