    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi lauriej,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To remove the extra copy of the printer, go into an application such as Internet Explorer or Microsoft Word, then go to the FILE menu and select the PRINT option (you can also press CTRL + P on your keyboard to bring up the print dialog box).&amp;nbsp; In the print dialog box, locate the extra copy of the printer and then right-click over it and select the DELETE option.&amp;nbsp; There should now be only one instance of the printer in your Devices and Printers window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
