I notice others have had the same problem. &amp;nbsp;If you have the problem solved, please tell me what you did. &amp;nbsp;Which driver did you install? &amp;nbsp;I am on a &amp;nbsp;mac with mavericks. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I need a manual on how to use this printer. &amp;nbsp;Where can I find one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>hello,&lt;BR /&gt;did you try turning off your firewall?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ihad similar issues as you mentioned on mt 7120.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I temporarily disabled my firewall. the set up went through smoothly after that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;happily printing,&lt;BR /&gt;CSantos</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you your &amp;nbsp;advice. &amp;nbsp;The firewall is and has been turned off for a while. &amp;nbsp; I will have to go through Canon tech again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the problem could be in the printer with the Lan, etc. &amp;nbsp;I think it is messed up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can print and copy. &amp;nbsp;Just not scan. &amp;nbsp;And the Image garden doesn't work. &amp;nbsp;I read that it is connected with scan so when and if I get that fixed, Image Garden should work okay. &amp;nbsp;I wish it wouldn't be so hard to get these things working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, thanks much. &amp;nbsp;If you know of anything more that I can or should do, I'll appreciate your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
