      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Canon MX920 new printer has to be turned on and off daily and I still have difficulty connecting and printing. In addtion, when I want to load new ribbons the ribbon holder goes back and forth for about ten times before it stops and then it doesn't even stop in a position so that I can load the ribbon. I loved my last Canon-same version older model to this but hate this one. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
