Hi pharris,

Are you still experiencing the printer offline error?

If you are, what version of Windows are you using, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8?

Are you using the 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows?

and are you using your PIXMA MG5320 with a USB cable or are you using it wirelessly?
