MF4370 low print quality

Hello everyone,

Since a few weeks, the print quality of my Canon MF4370dn is very low.

Some areas of my prints are always a bit lighter than the rest of it. I can see this especially on my Excel prints where I sometimes cannot even recognize some of the default cell borders. With every print, the light spot seems to change its position.

Additionally, the printer seems to smear. Sometimes there is a 0.5 inch wide vertical stripe in the last 1/3 of the paper. This often occurs with duplex jobs.

I can reproduce the problems without a PC using the copy function of the printer.

I already changed the toner cartridge and tried to clean the printer with no result.

What could be the cause of these problems? Is there something like a spare unit which needs to be changed?
