    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Rockycrest,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We will want to ensure that the page size selected in the printer driver is still set to LETTER size paper; if another page size is selected, then all of the document may not print.&amp;nbsp; To verify the page size selected, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; On your keyboard, hold the windows&amp;nbsp; key and press " X ".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Click CONTROL PANEL.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Select DEVICES AND PRINTERS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; In the Devices and Printers window, please right-click over the icon for your PIXMA MX922 and select PRINTING PREFERENCES.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Click on the PAGE SETUP tab.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; In the PAGE SIZE section, please ensure that the LETTER option is selected, then click the APPLY button at the bottom of the window to save the changes, then the OK button to close out of the PRINTING PREFERENCES window.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the changes have been made, please print again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <description>&lt;P&gt;MX 922 set it up with a router 2 computers. Windows 7 computer works fine; Windows 8 computer was working fine, but now only prints top inch of pg 1. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
