Trying to print a note from the samsung galaxy note 2014 edition tablet on a pixma 922.
Can not get it to work. I can print photos with no problem

The tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Note 2014 edition running Android 4.3.
There is a note app on the tablet. Trying to print from that.
It finds the printer but says there is a problem.
I can print photos using the Pixma app on the tablet without any problems

For Android devices, in order to use the printer outside of our PIXMA Printing Solutions or Easy PhotoPrint apps, you would have to use the Google Cloud Print service. For assistance with this, we recommend that you contact our support group using the information from our previous response.
