      <title>My Canon MX410 will no longer fax or scan documents.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Canon MX410 will no longer fax or scan documents.&amp;nbsp; The fax always goes through as busy even though it's to my computer, and the scanner will not scan to either my computer (hooked to the printer), or to a USB Thumb Drive (not recognized),&amp;nbsp; I cannot figure out why as it all worked when I first set it up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
