      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using the Canon Quick Menu, Disc label/Case Cover Print Option and followed the steps through to Step 4. Print Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clicking on that I get the message;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A printer supporting the selected paper size is not installed.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;The tray for the cd is open, closed, no change.&amp;nbsp; I cannot select settings other than for paper, or maybe tray "J", but still get the same message.&amp;nbsp; Frustrating....&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dpeters21,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try&amp;nbsp;reinstalling the printer drivers to see if this will resolve the issue. &amp;nbsp;When reinstalling the drivers, please ensure that any antivirus for firewall software that is on your computer is temporarily disabled, as these programs can sometimes block the printer from being detected on the network. Once the printer is detected successfully, the protection software can be re-enabled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx922#DriversAndSoftware"&gt;click here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to go to the Drivers and Software page for the PIXMA MX922. &amp;nbsp;Once on the initial download page for your model, please do the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Verify that the operating system detected in the "OPERATING SYSTEM" drop-down menu is correct, and if it is not, please click the drop-down menu to select your operating system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Next, please click on the red arrow next to the "RECOMMENDED DOWNLOADS" section and click the CUPS drivers file. When you do, a red DOWNLOAD button will appear. Please click on the checkbox below the DOWNLOAD button, then click the red DOWNLOAD button to begin the download. The time for the download process may vary depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of the file being downloaded.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you have downloaded the CUPS drivers file, please follow the steps above to also download the SCANNER driver from the Recommended Downloads section, and the ICA DRIVERS from the DRIVERS section. You can also reinstall the Easy-PhotoPrint and My Image Garden software. &amp;nbsp;If you plan on using the printer wirelessly, you will also want to download the Canon IJ Network Tool from the SOFTWARE section. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once all items are downloaded, please double-click on each of the items to install them on your Mac. Please ensure that the IJ Network Tool is the last item installed.
