Which version of Mac OS X are you using, 10.4, 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 or 10.9?

I am also having the same issue!! I photo copied a few pictures. I tried to print a letter after that. Now it will only scan or copy! I have a Pixma 510 series. I also have wifi. I checked and all drivers are up to date. I have windows 7 64 bit. I have tried resetting but it doesn't do anything. I also tried online repair, they say I need a usb cord. I have wifi. if anyone has found a solution please share.
