      <description>&lt;P&gt;windows 8.1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried both wirelessly and direct connect.&amp;nbsp; I have tried two different computers.&amp;nbsp; One is xp and one is 8.1&amp;nbsp; same issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have run all the cleaning and aligning actions several times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
