So we can provide applicable instruction, please reply with whether you are trying to use the copy feature of the unit to print on both sides of the page, or if you are trying to print a document from your computer on both sides of the paper. If trying to print from your computer, please also include what operating system is on your computer (WIndows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or Mac OS version).

I am trying to copy a sheet in the printer that is on both sides. How do I copy this on 1 sheet or both sides of the paper?
