      <description>&lt;P&gt;i'm running windows xp, have fairly recent canon or office depot equivalent inks and have made no adustments that would cause this.&amp;nbsp; i use picassa photo program...this just started.&amp;nbsp; could it be due to a virus running throughout my whole system?&amp;nbsp; thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
