graphics do not print on photo printer from WORD

I have a document with text boxes and other graphics that used to print on my previous PIXMA printer, but since I had to get a new PIXMA iP2702, the printer doesn't print any of this information - only the items paragraph form.

For testing purposes, please try printing a standard photo from a different program or our Easy PhotoPrint software.

If the photo is able to print, the issue may be related to the Word document or your current settings in Word.
