Multi-page OCR scanning

Hello,

I have a Canon LIDE 700F scanner, and I'm trying to use OCR to scan and convert a multi-page document to text. After scanning one page, a text file opens showing what was on that page. I would like to know how to scan multiple pages into a single text file.
