    <description>&lt;P&gt;I unboxed a new MG5420 today &amp;nbsp;and have the same issue too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The support code that I get is 6000 and the LED blinks 3 times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just installed the ink tanks and was trying to do a head alignment. That was when this error occured. any advice on the next steps.The paper output tray is open. I tried restarting the printer and get the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Julius,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the options in the link even before I sent this message. &amp;nbsp;I have called up customer care and turns out that the printer was faulty and I am getting a replacement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
