    <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar, different model MX710, for me the scan window opens but nothing is active. &amp;nbsp;Also no error messages &amp;amp; no respnse but it does print.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When requesting &amp;nbsp;a scan my scanner responds &amp;nbsp;but nothing materialises to import, &amp;nbsp;and there are no error messages. It will happily photocopy at my request. It is also printing readily, just not scanning, any ideas , I guess it must be something simple but I cannot figure it out. Any sugestions please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
