      <description>&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the windows 8&amp;nbsp; driver and let run, but I don't get the Solution Menu EX.&amp;nbsp; I see the printer but can't figure out how to&amp;nbsp; get the menu on my desktop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
