      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;You are making me very frustrated with your contorted way of communicating&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I tried the suggested procedures. Took out cartridges, replaced them in proper order. Shut off machine. Unplugged machine for more than 10 minutes.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;After plugging in machine &amp;amp; turning on, the same error message appeared. It is constant and the machine will not perform in any way including for scanning.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The suggested procedure did not eliminate the error. Your message suggested I go through the "contact us" screen but I've done that twice already.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Not willing to play that dumb game again.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
