    <description>I also have the same problem, when I choose the ducument to be printed it gives the error that there is no paper in tray but there is paper, can anyone give me a tip how to solve it please?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to print a web page wirelessly from my iPad on my canon mg 5320. I have had no problem before. Now it says error, cassette. There is no paper. Load paper then push start. I had plenty of paper loaded. I reloaded and pushed start...same message&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I tried to print a copy of a document...same thing I tried cleaning the roller. When I cleaned the back tray...I followed directions, unloaded paper first then reloaded, as directed and paper passed through the printer. I then tried cleaning the roller/cassette. When I reloaded paper as directed, no paper came through the printer. So it appears that something is wrong with the cassette ( whatever and wherever that is)</description>

      <description>This may be late but I think It may be useful for upcoming users.&lt;BR /&gt;To fix the error:&lt;BR /&gt;- You select setting&lt;BR /&gt;- Device Settings&lt;BR /&gt;- Plain Paper Feed Settings&lt;BR /&gt;- Set up on Rear Tray instead of cassette&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That is how I did it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try these steps because they worked for me:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Try uninstalling all your printer drivers associated with the "problem" printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Reinstall them and retry doing a "print" job. (you may have to delete the existing print-job).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. When asked to load paper (which is alreay loaded), press the OK button to register the paper.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should print your assignment (mine did).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jim Robson&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(jimrobson183).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have gone back to instruction booklet and completed everything as stated, machine still saying to load paper.
