It has worked flawlessly for me for years. ONce I had to go into the network settings folder and remove the MSN file. But there is no file in there now and nothing extra in the twain_32 folder. I cannot find any reason for the scanner not to work. has anyone found any other solutions? I run windows 7 pro. Please help, I need the scanner and this is very frustrating.
