My PIXMA MG5320 printer and scanner has worked fine for well over a year. Suddenly, my scanner takes a very long time to heat up before actually beginning the scanning. This happens with each page scanned. Then, when scanning a multi-page document, such as a 5-page document, the scanner suddenly scans only about one half of the page (one half page vertically) on perhaps 2 of the 5 pages. Very strange. Seems like it could be hardware. Can you help?

Hello.

In order to narrow down the cause of the issue, please try performing a copy directly from the printer itself. Does this issue also occur with copies? Also, is the exact same area scanned with each document? Or does the cut off occur in a different area depending on the document?
