    <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon IRADV C5255...&amp;nbsp; Windows 7 to Windows 8.1...&amp;nbsp; Having issues with some people not being able to print to the Canon while others can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Symptoms:&amp;nbsp; Ran printer setup.&amp;nbsp; Printer was found on the network fine. Setup ran and restarted computer.&amp;nbsp; Printer is not being recognized on network now.&amp;nbsp; It is showing offline yet other people are printing fine.&amp;nbsp; This is happening to about half the people we have tried to setup.&amp;nbsp; These people are in offices next to each other.&amp;nbsp; Some of the computers are setup as DHCP clients with private address's while others have static public address's.&amp;nbsp; Public and Private address's are both having issues with some users but not all.&amp;nbsp; Have checked firewalls to make sure that was not an issue.&amp;nbsp; Can ping and web browse the printer fine, just cannot print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is happening to users who are getting new systems as well as users with system they have had for the last 3 years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
