    <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon MX882 scanner stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error message on screen (Scanner driver not installed properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reinstalled driver (same error message)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then removed program and reinstalled from disk (Same error message)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then downloaded updated driver (Same error message)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello paulm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This error may be caused by any previously installed scanners.&amp;nbsp; If you have any scanning devices that are no longer used, please remove them from the computer to see if this may resolve the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If these troubleshooting steps do not work, feel free to call us at 1-800-OKCANON.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
