      <title>MP500 CLI-5 Print issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, all. My MP500 stopped printing from the "5" cartridges head. I've updated the drivers, and cleaned the print head using the regular cleaning and then deep cleaning functions. &lt;SPAN&gt;I installed a new ink cartridge.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then I cleaned the print head, first with soaking in water and and later soaking in alcohol, all to no avail. Can this be fixed with a new print head, or is it time to deep six it. It has been working well until now. Finally, what would a comparable replacement be? &amp;nbsp;I almost never do what is supposed to be one of these machine's strengths: print photos.
