hello. i recently purchased a canon mg3222 wireless printer/scanner. i can print with no problems but am not able to scan.. when i load a page into the scanning tray and hit the scan button, the LED read out repeatedly flashes 'E" then "2" then "1".

Any ideas on how to get the scanner to work?

Hi patricklyons,

Scanning from the operation panel on the PIXMA MG3222 is only supported by a USB connection. You can, however, scan over the network by opening the scan utility on your computer (likely IJ Scan Utility) and using the application's interface.
