    <description>I did as instructed and to correct the error but the error still exist what else can I do to eliminate the error</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, i have a cannon mp530 printer. &amp;nbsp;it stopped printing and a message showed "check cartridge U052". all of the ink cartridge still have ink and none of them are blinking. &amp;nbsp;can you please tell me how i can fix my printer. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried everything, even followed YouTube videos on how to clean the print head, nothing worked!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ended up buying a new print head on-line, got it in today, installed it, no more error message, at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Costs around $32.00 or so, for the new print head.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really like this printer, BUT, I sure wish there was a way to do "gray-scale" printing ONLY on it.&amp;nbsp; I don't have a need for color printing when I'm printing out scans of receipts for my expense reports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way possible to make the darned printer print in gray-scale?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
