    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our MG5420 has worked fine for quite some time, but just recently, if the printer has been idle for a while, it won't print unless we physically turn off the printer, then turn it back on.&amp;nbsp; It then prints anything in the que.&amp;nbsp; I did download the latest drivers, but that did not solve the issue.&amp;nbsp; This is with both our laptops, mine (Windows 7) and my wife's (Windows Vista).&amp;nbsp; And now my wife's iPad says it cannot find the printer.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; Strange it worked great for so long, then suddenly it starts acting up.&amp;nbsp; We have not changed anything in regards to the network, same cable modem, same wireless router, same laptops...&amp;nbsp; thanks, Al&lt;/P&gt;</description>
