My MX880 is printing in the upper left corner.

My MX880 is printing in the upper left corner. Yes, it is set to letter size. It prints pdf's this way, not Word doc's. Please help,this really screws up my business! Thanks.

Thanks for your inquiry! The MX880 is not a US model printer. If you can please verify your exact model printer, we'll be happy to help! If it's the MX880, you'll want to go to www.canon.com and select the country you live in, or the country where it was purchased for support, as our technicians here in the US don't have information on that model. If it's another model, we'll be happy to have someone take a look once we know the exact model!
