Printer MG5220, error code 6A81, What do I do with this? Cannot find code in the manual or online

I am receiving error code 6A81 on the LCD screen of an MG5220 printer. I have searched for any paper jams and cannot find. I looked in the manual and on line and cannot find code 6A81. Any ideas on which way to proceed.

Hello SteveJamie.

Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:

1. Turn the printer off.

2. Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.

3. While unplugged, remove any paper from the unit.

4. Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.

5. If no obstructions are found, plug the power back in and turn the unit on.

I have tried everything and I still get the 6A81 error code I guess the next thing to do is trash the printer and get a new HP printer
