MF4890dw Incorrect Size/Setting

In our office we use Apple computers.

Anyone who wants to print from Word application word document always got error message Incorrect Size/ Setting.

Then you need to get up from the chair and pres OK on printer to resume printing.

We tried almost everything:

- On Printer changing paper type. (plain, plain L, Rough 1)

- set custom size in printer for paper type read from paper cover.(210x297mm)

- Changing paper from Drawer 1 to Multi-Purpose Tray

- We set settings in Word to match paper specification and thanks god one side printing.

From any other application (Acrobat, web browser...) printing is ok.

We use: Microsoft Word 2011 Ver. 14.3.7

OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.5

Papper KODAK Office Paper (universal paper) A4 / 80g/m2

I had the same problem with MF4570dw when i print using a network PC. But has no problem on the printer directly connected to the printer using USB.
