    <description>&lt;P&gt;In our office we use Apple computers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone who wants to print from Word application word document always got error message&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Incorrect Size/ Setting.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Then you need to get up from the chair and pres OK on printer to resume printing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;We tried almost everything:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- On Printer changing paper type. (plain, plain L, Rough 1)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- set custom size &amp;nbsp;in printer for paper type read from paper cover.(210x297mm)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Changing paper from Drawer 1 to Multi-Purpose Tray&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- We set settings in Word to match paper specification and thanks god&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;one side printing.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From any other application (Acrobat, web browser...) printing is ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use: Microsoft Word 2011 Ver. 14.3.7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Papper KODAK Office Paper (universal paper) &amp;nbsp;A4 / 80g/m2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We love your products but this time we need your help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I had the same problem with MF4570dw when i print using a network PC. But has no problem on the printer directly connected to the printer using USB.</description>
