    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an MP830 which continuously displays the "unlock scanner" message. The scanner is unlocked. I have tried resettting. Turning on and off with and without pull power plug. Also locking and unlocking scanner. Nothing seems to work. There is no paper jammed. Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
