      <title>Multi-Function MX870 Printer Stopped Printing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have replaced the Printhead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reinstalled the Software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still not printing - Blank pages come out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone make any other suggestions as to other troubleshooting I can do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I LOVE this printer &amp;amp; want to repair it, rather than replace it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mariemanor413,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to make a copy from the machine?&amp;nbsp; If a black and white copy also comes out, since you've already tried replacing the print head without resolving the issue, there is likely a hardware issue with the printer, in which case you will want to use the &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; link to reach our support staff who can provide service options&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
