Multi-Function MX870 Printer Stopped Printing

I have replaced the Printhead.

Reinstalled the Software.

Still not printing - Blank pages come out.

Can anyone make any other suggestions as to other troubleshooting I can do.

I LOVE this printer & want to repair it, rather than replace it.

Are you able to make a copy from the machine? If a black and white copy also comes out, since you've already tried replacing the print head without resolving the issue, there is likely a hardware issue with the printer, in which case you will want to use the Contact Us link to reach our support staff who can provide service options
