mx870 - ink tanks full - Zip-Zero-Nada being printed . . .

I love my MX870, but after setting it up on wireless I cannot print anything.

CAnnot even print the head cleaner pages.

The Ink Tanks are all full.

Seems software related.

Can anyone suggest ways to fix this.

Hello mariemanor413.

For testing purposes, please try performing both a black and color copy directly from the printer itself.

If the copies are successful, try printing again from your computer. Document any errors that happen to occur.

Unfortunately still does not work & I bought a new Printhead.

Think it is a software issue. My next round of troubleshooting.
