    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried everything to get the printer up and running.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I guess I shouldn't complain, it's served well for several years.&amp;nbsp; I've tried all the tricks (unplugging for 10+ minutes, swap cartridges, reinstall print head.&amp;nbsp; Best guess is the power supply is shot, next best the print head .... the print head won't even go to the load position nor light up the cartridge tabs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
