Hi ejsung,

I'm happy to help. Here are the basic steps to access and use the MF Toolbox software to create a multiple page PDF file using your Mac:

1. Press [SCAN] to enter the Scan mode.

2. Double-click the icon of [MF Toolbox] installed in the following folder:

The hard disk you are using->[Applications]->[Canon MF Utilities]

The MF Toolbox starts.

3. Click the [PDF] button.

4. Click the [Save] button.

5. Select PDF in the [Save as Type:] drop down, then click [PDF Settings...].

6. Select Multiple Pages as the [PDF Type], then click [OK].

7. Click [Start] to perform the scan.

If further assistance is needed, please feel free to Contact Us.
