When fax is transmitted will there be a report

When a fax is transmitted when using a Pixma MAX 452 will there be a report same as when an error TX is reported. It shows on the screen the fax was transmitted I was just curious if there suppose to be a report.

The PIXMA MX452 can indeed be set up to print a transmission report for each fax, though by default, it's set to print a report only if a fax is unsuccessful. This is done to save ink and paper. Think of it as "no news is good news."

You have different options for transmission reports on this printer, and you can set it to the one that works best for you by doing the following:

1. Have the printer in fax mode.

2. Press the MENU button/right arrow button to get to "Print reports/lists."

3. Choose "TX Report," and then select your desired option. To have a report printed after every fax, choose "Print for each tx."
