      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a MG6320.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 7 o/s&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer &amp;amp; scanner work excellent (over 1 year(&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I load my 4x6 glossy photo paper provided with the Printer, I keep getting message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"There is no paper in the cassette (upper).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe that I only have one cassette and the picture that comes up on my SA Canon 6320 illustrates that the photo paper should be placed between the guides all moved toward the middle (seats about 1.5" from front).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I need to change?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
