MF4890 imageCLASS problems installing drivers and printing with USB connection

I just spent several hours trying to print with my new MF4890 imageCLASS all in one connected via UBS. I have downloaded the drivers several times from the installation CD and uninstalled them. To add insult to injury the CANON site has no such all in one listed so I can't download from there. Thank heavens for Amazon, this piece of junk goes back tomorrow.
