      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The 1600 support code popped up to tell me that two of my ink cartridges are low, but it won't let me do anything else. The touch screen seems to have stopped working. Also, is there any way I can change settings so that certain documents are printed in black and white only?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 1600 error indicates that one or more of the ink tanks are empty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please replace the empty ink tank in order to resume operation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the empty color tank would have to be replaced even though you will be printing a black and white document.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
